 The House of Blues Tour (also known as The M+M's Tour) was a series of
short concert-like promotional appearances at House of Blues and club-type
venues by pop singer Britney Spears that took place in May 2007.
Spears's appearances at the House of Blues locations were rumored ahead
of time, with tickets going for upwards of $125 for an act billed as M+M's —
rumored to be for Mom + Ms., Britney's two perceived life roles. This was in
effect her comeback promo tour, trying to establish herself in the game
following multiple bad life choices that engendered bad publicity.
Her
last real concert and performance had been a show in Dublin, Ireland in June
2004, which after she injured her knee on the set of her music video,
"Outrageous", forcing the cancellation of the remainder of her Onyx Hotel Tour
and the music video.
 Each show lasted around 15 minutes. During each show, Spears danced and
mimed to a selection of songs, and did not speak to the audience except at the
end, where she usually thanked the audience for coming along.
Spears
began the show with debut single "...Baby One More Time (Remix)", dressed in a
glittery pink bikini top, a white mini-skirt and white go-go boots. She also
wore a brown wig, necessary as Spears had shaved her head some months before.
(However at the shows in Orlando and Miami, Spears swapped her wig for long
blonde extensions).
After performing "Breathe On Me", Spears would change
into a denim skirt, a plain pink bra and a short, white fur coat to perform "Do
Somethin' and "Toxic".
